Your EmEase profile contains important settings that help personalize your experience and keep your information secure. This guide will walk you through setting up and managing your profile preferences.
Accessing Your Profile
To access your profile settings:
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar
You'll see several categories of settings you can customize
Account Settings
Personal Information
Name: Update the name associated with your account
Email: Change or verify the email address used for your account
To update your personal information:
Tap on the field you wish to change
Enter your new information
Tap Save to confirm changes
Appearance Settings
EmEase offers appearance options to make your experience more comfortable:
Theme Options
Light Mode: Brighter interface, ideal for daytime use
Dark Mode: Darker interface that reduces eye strain in low-light environments
System Default: Automatically matches your device's theme settings
To change your theme:
Tap Appearance in the Profile menu
Select your preferred theme option
Changes apply immediately
Privacy & Security
Two-Factor Authentication
Adding an extra layer of security to your account:
Tap Privacy & Security in the Profile menu
Select Two-Factor Authentication
Choose SMS-based verification
Enter your phone number
Input the verification code sent to your phone
Once verified, two-factor authentication will be enabled
Data Management
EmEase gives you control over your personal data:
Exporting Your Data
Tap Privacy & Security
Select Export Data
Choose what data you want to export (all data or specific categories)
Tap Export
Your data will be prepared and sent to your registered email address
Deleting Your Data
To delete specific data:
Tap Privacy & Security
Select Delete Data
Choose what data you want to remove
Confirm your choice
Enter your password for verification
Deleting Your Account
If you wish to completely delete your account:
Tap Privacy & Security
Select Delete Account

Enter your password to confirm
Tap Permanently Delete Account
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our servers.

Changes save automatically
